In order to keep costs down, which keeps prices on the lower side, orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As we grow these times will improve; but to provide the highest quality items at a price point I feel is affordable, I must abide by this timeline.

Total estimated delivery time = Processing time (7-14 days) + Shipping time

Shipping Fee: $8 fluctuates based on daily rate

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Niko Mart is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on your country’s regulations.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

While we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs, we will assist you in resolving the issue and, where applicable, help file a claim with the carrier.
