I ordered the full set for Caleb’s Molly tea and there was a brown strain on the water changing card. However, I messaged them about the issue and they were nice enough to provide me another one! They told me they will send it out and apologized. I loved the freebies that were provided as well. Overall I would be purchasing lads merch here again!

i was initially worried to order from this shop because i found them through an instagram ad. i'm glad i tried them out because the items arrived packaged compactly and safely. shipping took a while (USPS's fault, not Niko Mart's) but tracking finally updated after i put in a missing mail search. the package came with a handwritten thank you note and some freebies! i got my main from one of the blind packaged items ♥ thank you so much!

Came well packaged and protected though did take 3 weeks before getting a shipping confirmation but their customer service team was extremely responsive to my concern and kept me informed.
